If your employee ID is less than 4 digits please add leading zeroes to make it 4 digits. At first log on your password will be set to your date of birth (in mmddyyyy format) plus the first 2 letters of your last name with the first letter capitalized. For example - if your name is John Smith and you were born on January 1, 1900 you password would be 01011900Sm.
You will be required to change your password at first log on. If you forget your password – click the “forgot password link” and enter your userID and Piedmont e-mail address. Instructions on how to change your password will be emailed to you.
